The record

Every corporation and LLC formed or authorized in New York files with the Department of State. This site keeps the active entities whose first filing is October 1, 2025 or later.

Status

Active. Older entities are not on this site. The file gives a county but no business address; process agents and chairmen are never shown.

What is not here

Individuals, and any name without a company word (Inc, LLC, Corp, Co…). Owner and contact names, phone numbers and mailing addresses, which this site never downloads.
